Project General Facts The community consists of 619 villas, including 325 town villas, 138 garden villas, 52 edge villas, 52 luxury villas, and 52 signature villas, with multiple spaces suitable for all community members. The commercial center features a basement for parking and storage, a ground floor, and a first floor. It includes a retail section with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and a service section with clinics, a health club, post boxes, and an entertainment area.
In addition, the eastern and western central gardens each offer sports games, a swimming pool, and spaces for children. The step garden boasts ten thousand distinct and diverse trees, specifically selected for the project, including local species as well as those from East Asia and Africa to suit the climate and create a comfortable environment for residents. The mosque is an independent local mosque that can accommodate 400 worshipers, complete with all necessary services and its own parking lot. The nursery is located on a standalone plot, consisting of only a ground floor with outdoor play areas and green spaces.
